Guest Guidelines and Policies.

1. Student, visitor or roommate must keep his/her room clean and tidy and vacuum clean as needed.
  
2. No food is to be taken or eaten in his/her room unless authorized by the host.
  
3. Student, visitor or roommate must respect the privacy of the host at all times.
  
4. Telephone cards must be used for all long distance and overseas calls. Telephone use as well as use of all appliances (TV, video, kitchen utensils etc.) is a privilege and cannot be used without prior permission every time.
  
5. Smoking is not permitted on premises unless expressly authorized by the host.
  
6. Student, visitor or roommate is expected to organize his/her own laundry both for personal effects and for linen, towels etc.
  
7. Light cooking is permitted, but clean-up after meals is expected.
  
8. Student, visitor or roommate will not invite guest(s) unless expressly permitted by the host.
  
9. In view of security concerns, if the student, visitor or roommate intends to come late (after 10PM) he/she must inform the host accordingly.
  
10. Cancellations and Refund Policy: Cancellations prior to arrival will be accepted and deposit refunded when made at least two weeks prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within two weeks of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged. After arrival, we will allow homestay or share changes at no charge provided a 15 days notice is given. If full cancellation is made after arrival, we will need two weeks notice and a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged.

All Non student visitor( short term and vacation guests) MUST prepay the total cost using our Paypal account. After you submit your detailed reservation, we will send a payment request form good ONLY for 24hrs.

 

12.  All guest rooms must be inspected for any property damage and verify return of all rental items including linens and towels, etc before depature. Damaged and lost property will be replaced at guest's expense.
